Billing & Accounts Matrix

This document outlines the hosting providers and primary services required to operate the GuildUSA stack.

Hosting Providers

1. Namecheap (Production VPS): Hosts the main live application and production databases.
2. DigitalOcean (Sandbox VPS): Hosts the 1:1 replica of the production environment used for staging, testing, and isolated deployments.
3. Cloudflare: Handles DNS, CDN, R2 Storage, Pages, and Zero Trust security.

External APIs & Integrations

• Twilio: Primary VoIP provider. Bills based on live telephony minute usage and active phone numbers.
• OpenAI: Powers the AI bots. Billed on API token usage (gpt-4o / gpt-4o-mini).

(Note: Ensure sufficient account balances or active credit cards are maintained across Twilio and OpenAI to prevent bot downtime).
